COSi Level 1 Certification Our Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that the 4 one-hour meetings will be challenging, fun and very valuable. Test-drive the process at no cost or obligation. If you feel that the test is not effective; simply stop at anytime, no pressure and no questions asked. Step 1: The COSi coach will help you select your 360 degree view cross functional 10 person team. The COSi coach meets your team in person or over the phone, 1 hour pre week for 4 weeks. The goal is to teach you how to take strong action to grow your top and bottom lines by utilizing these tools: Hours 1 and 2: Your team will learn to focus and use profit identification techniques that will uncover 100 ways to grow the top and bottom lines. Hour 3: Your team will complete your unique business flow map. A step by step flow chart that identifies costly bottle necks and speed bumps. Hour 4: We will survey your people to measure how they feel about the company as a positive attitude is critical. We will also review with you, a simple-to-use spreadsheet showing you where to drive down costs and if you are meeting the profit standards for your industry. At the end of Month 1 you'll have a good understanding of: •What your biggest problems are •How your employees feel about their work environment •How well you're performing compared to the top performers in your industry •How much more money you should be adding to your bottom line •If the Cycle of Success is a good fit for your company To get started...
