An Introduction to Vince Stinton
Vince is a veteran business development executive with over 20 years experience and entrepreneurial spirit for business solutions, consultative sales, and professional service expertise for workforce performance enhancements, business performance optimization, change management strategies, and career path assessment and development in meeting the business, performance, operational, and service assurance objectives for Fortune 100/500/1000 companies and small to medium size companies.

Prior to COSi Colorado, Vince was Vice President of Business Solutions with primary responsibility for business development and sales of innovative workforce performance and business enhancement projects, learning and training solutions that included business operation optimization, product training, eLearning curriculum development and conversion, career path development programs, and Learning Management System (LMS) hosting services to meet the business, performance and learning objectives of prospective customers.

Early in his career he held senior level management positions as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Product Marketing for BI Incorporated, and helped pioneer and grow the small business in electronic monitoring and tracking of probationers/inmates in the criminal justice system and position the company as the leader in the industry. Vince was awarded three system patents for business, operational, and technical enhancement processes in the operation of electronic monitoring identification systems.
