Phase 1 – Finding the Problems:

We highlight this phase with the color red to signify that every organization has problems that need to be identified and solved. The first phase, Finding the Problems, is the kick-off of the project, gathering information, using specialized management tools to determine the problems in the company, finding where profit is leaking out of the business, and developing a plan for the transformation.
