Phase 2 – Solving the Problems: |
| This phase is the largest piece of the Transformation project. It is the actual implementation of much of the change – it is the heart of the project. We use yellow as our highlight color to emphasize that caution must be taken to diligently pursue the solutions to conclusion, and then start the improvement process again. On the other hand, it also signifies sunshine - the light is being shown into the dark corners of the company and solutions are being implemented. |
