| Assessing the Solutions Phase is all about proper reporting in a small business—a critical activity that most businesses do not do well or at all. It cover Financial Reporting, Budgeting (in a different way that most businesses budget), Operational Reporting, Forecasting, and Quick Look reporting. These are serious business tools that will give insight into the business and keep it on the right track. We color this phase green, since by this time we are creating “green” with more profit, and we consider it a “green light” to implementing change. |
