Phase 4 – Ensuring a successful Future:

This phase is how we communicate and determine how any changes we have implemented are working. Proper communications needs are addressed by setting up proper meeting schedules and agendas. Most organizations that have difficulty in operations have a problem with their communication. In order to assist in this, a review of their communications methods will be accomplished and a new plan developed. It will include how to set up meetings, how agendas are prepared, and a schedule of meetings required.

The color of this phase is blue – the color of clear skies and a calm sea. The final phase is where we “glue down” the improvements and create a culture of constant improvement for the future. As the project progresses we provide complete training programs to train the company’s management and formal in-depth classroom training programs. Elements in this phase include leadership training, employee training, effective hiring, and continuous improvement.

Organizations go on this 12 month journey because they want to get the most out of what they have. They want to change the employee mindset, create a winning workplace, drive up sales and profits, and outpace competitors. After graduation, companies have the skills to move forward on their own providing a solid foundation throughout the life of the business.
